PHOTO READY
Please make sure listings are photo ready before the time of appointment. There will be a small fee if appointments run over time due to homeowners not cleaning or staging the property in a timely manner before the photographer arrives on site.
STAGING
Staging is a separate career from photography, and as mentioned, the prep work should be done prior to the appointment time. We have a vendor list and can recommend a fantastic stager for your listing if you need a referral!
