We provide branded and unbranded Virtual Tours free of charge with your order. Clients are provided a database login and have the option to add/remove photos or information from their tours. Lux not only shows the space of the listing but we like to approach properties in a creative way, also capturing lifestyle type photography that in turn adds appeal to your marketing. We also don’t limit the amount of photographs you receive.

Twilight Photography
Twilight Photography is a fantastic way to market your listing and push through the noise. Twilight shots are what we call Hero Shots, meaning if you had to pick 1 photo to sell your property, this would be it. Each twilight shot gets a sky replacement, and is touched up in Photoshop.

Interactive Floor Plans
With a laser we measure the interior of the home as well as decks and covered porches, garage, unfinished basements, and storage space. Clients get an image of the mapped floorplan as well as an Interactive Floor Plan featured in their Virtual Tour.
